Google Reader Tips

I was showing my cousin yesterday how she could keep track of many more sites using Google Reader. She's declared Google Reader the new hotness.

Here are two free services I find essential for Google Reader:

• Page2RSS: Create an RSS feed for any webpage. Great for sites that don't publish an RSS feed.
• Feed Rinse: Filter an RSS feed. I use this on The Simple Dollar website so I only get the book reviews.
